This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Daedalus Contrivance, LLC for the use of FabPak Project Exporter. By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one (1) machine for your personal or internal business purposes.
The Software is available in three tiers: FabPak Fabricator (perpetual), FabPak Freelance (subscription), and FabPak Pro (perpetual). Perpetual licenses remain valid indefinitely. Subscription licenses terminate upon cancellation or non-payment.
A 14-day trial license is provided at no cost with all features unlocked. Upon expiration, continued use requires purchase of a paid license.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Software; (b) reverse engineer or decompile the Software; (c) sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the Software; (d) remove any proprietary notices; (e) use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Company retains all intellectual property rights in the Software.
Perpetual license holders receive updates during an active maintenance period. Freelance subscribers receive updates while their subscription is active.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Company may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any provision. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA.
The Software includes PdfSharp, licensed under the MIT License. The Software integrates with Cryptlex for license management.
