Common issues
FabPak tab does not appear in the SolidWorks toolbar
Close SolidWorks and reopen it. If the tab still does not appear, right-click any toolbar tab and check that FabPak is enabled in the list. You can also verify FabPak is loaded under Tools → Add-Ins.
DXF export completes but some parts are missing
Parts without native SolidWorks sheet metal features, or that have been suppressed, will be skipped. Only components with a valid flat pattern state are exported.
BOM export opens Excel but the file appears empty
FabPak uses your custom BOM template. Verify a valid template has been selected in FabPak Options. If no template is configured, the output file may appear blank.
License activation fails
Ensure you have an active internet connection at the time of activation. Verify your license key is correct and has not already been activated on another machine. Contact support if needed.
PDF Binder is missing some drawings
Only drawing files associated with the active assembly are included. Verify all expected drawings are saved and reference the correct assembly or components.
