Purchase and use of FabPak Project Exporter is governed by the End User License Agreement.
All purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refund requests should be submitted to support@fabpak.app within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are provided at Company’s discretion for legitimate technical failures. Trial licenses are provided free of charge for evaluation; refunds are not available for purchases made after a completed trial.
All content on the Site is the property of Daedalus Contrivance, LLC or its licensors.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
